Sunday school

The Sunday school run every week between 11 am - 2.30 pm by 4 teachers,2 supervisors and our Imam.

The children that attend are being taught how to read, write and recite Arabic as well as learning about Hadiths.

IMC Sunday School 2024 schedule: 

•  It is compulsory for girls to attend and wear headscarf/Hijab at all times

• For boys to wear a Islamic cap and thobe/Juba it would be highly appreciated 

•  7/1/2024 - The end of semester exams. 

•  Reports will be sent to the parents for each student including the exam grades, student’s absences with teacher’s notes.

• - 3/31/2024 - Competition of the Holy Quran (third week of Ramadan). 

• Please prepare the students and encourage them to memorise new surahs from the Holy Quran in order to participate in the competition.

• The competition will be on three levels:

                  1st level - 25 surahs. 

                   2nd level - Juz Amma, Juz(30)

                   3rd level - Juz Amma

                   with extra surahs from

                    the Holy Qur’an. 

•  7/4/2024 - Ramadan Holiday. 

•  14/4 - Eid holiday. 

• 21/4 - Eid party. 

•  30/6/2024 - The end of the second semester. 

•  The second-semester exams will be held in June.

•  Fourth-month fees will be reduced by half

NOTE: 

              Ramadan curriculum will be focused on reciting and memorizing the Qur’an, Hadith and other                  Islamic study.
